Vertical Custom Supply (“we”, “us”) supplies custom closets, architectural windows, millwork, and finishes to the design trade. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form or use our Concierge chat, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, firm, email, project type, location, and project notes — so a specifier can follow up. We do not sell or rent this information.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. These cookies collect aggregated, de-identified usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We also keep our own record of site visits: which pages are viewed, for how long, where the visit came from, the type of device, and the approximate city of the connection (never a street address). IP addresses are never stored in plain text — only as a one-way fingerprint. We never record what you type into the contact form or the Concierge chat.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate samples and specifications, and improve our service. We may contact you about your project by email or your chosen channel.
