Frequently asked
What architects, interior designers and developers ask the specifier desk before the first project.
What are your lead times?
Custom fabrication typically ships in 10–12 weeks, versus the usual 12–20 for European imports.
How much less than European ultra-luxury benchmarks?
40–60% less than top-tier European catalogs, at benchmark-grade quality.
Do you sell directly to homeowners?
No. Vertical Custom Supply is trade only: architects, interior designers, and premium developers.
What does Vertical Custom Supply fabricate?
Four pillars: custom closet systems, architectural windows, millwork & joinery, and finishes & surfaces. All of it 100% custom, zero inventory, by master Mexican carpenters.
Do I need to send you shop drawings to start?
No. We design the pieces ourselves, and the intent of the project is enough to begin. We then quote it and review the design with you before anything reaches the shop floor.
How does the process work?
Four phases: we design the pieces, we quote it and review the design with you, we fabricate, and we deliver to your project on a coordinated calendar.
Where do you work?
Colorado first: Denver and the Front Range, where the showroom is. We also work across the Mountain West. Fabrication happens at our atelier in Ciudad de México.
Can I see physical samples?
Yes. Physical samples are coordinated for each project, matched to its specification.
Do you carry inventory?
No. Every piece is made to the exact specification of the project: 100% custom, zero inventory.
Who installs the work?
Your chosen crew. Everything ships inspected and packed, ready to install.
